The event had to be cancelled for two years because of the covid pandemic. We hope to start it again – look out for new dates.
This day event, organised with the Bunyan Museum in Bedford, invites the children to walk the streets of Bedford guided by Mr. and Mrs. Bunyan, in full costume, looking at relevant landmarks in John Bunyan’s life. This is followed by a tour of the Museum, handling of artefacts and craft activities. They leave the day with a pencil and copy of Pilgrims Progress each. Feedback has been extremely positive and a worthwhile local education event – the children loved it, and the staff even more so!
