IMPACT is governed by Trustees who represent churches from a wide range of denominations. The trustees bring a range of different experiences to the work, ensuring the Trust operates safely and effectively.

Jane Spencer
I have been a Trustee with Impact for 6 years and am a member of Ampthill Baptist Church. I am the chair and the safeguarding trustee for Impact.
The experience I am able to offer Impact as a Trustee is drawn from my years working in education as a Primary and Lower School teacher, School leader, University teacher trainer and Safeguarding lead.
Heidi Fletcher
I am vice chair of Impact and have been a personal trustee for one of our schools workers. I work alongside the other trustees to support the work of IMPACT and our amazing schools workers. I am a member of Vale Community Church, Marston.
Tony Daniels
I joined Impact trustees in January 2024. I am the National Uk Director for Community Services for The Salvation Army. I am a professionally qualified Youth & Community worker and have been an Area Youth Worker for Northampton County Council. I am a member of Bedford Christ Church and sit on their PCC.
Janet Cox
I attend Three Rivers Church in Bedford. I am doing my second spell as a trustee – this time I started in 2017. I am personal trustee for Trish as well as doing some of the secretarial work for the trust.
Darren Chubb
I am Senior Pastor at Three Rivers Church. I was a youth and children’s pastor for 12 years before spending 20 years heading up Pathway, a primary schools ministry working in over 50 schools across North London. I have also served the Lord working for Scripture Union in Zambia.
Jackie Vickers
As Treasurer, I ensure good stewardship of the amazing financial support Impact receives. I prepare an annual budget, ensure regular updates are provided to the Trustees and independently verified each year. I am a member of Ampthill Baptist Church.
John Stafford
I have been a trustee since Impact started in 1990! Currently I assist the treasurer and undertake some secretarial work. I have been involved in children’s ministry for 50 years. Currently I attend Ampthill Baptist Church and Flitwick Parish Church.
